Throughout my time at university, I was asked to create video packages which included a 1 minute and 30 second video, 1 minute and 30 second audio element, 4 images and a 250 word written copy.

These packages were key to helping us improve as production journalists within our degree, but also to help us when producing the same elements during our university news days. We were able to take the skills that we learnt in lectures and seminars, and apply them to outside production situations (whether that be for news days or our own assignments).
